What clients abroad ask first
Hiring a team in another country raises the same four questions every time. Here are our answers before you have to ask.
Overlapping hours, not handoffs
Cairo is GMT+2. A full working morning overlaps with Europe and the start of the US East Coast day. We agree the overlap window before the project starts, and weekly demos are live calls — not recordings you watch the next morning.
You own everything
Ownership transfers in full at launch: Git history, infrastructure, design files and app store listings. Nothing is licensed to you and nothing can be taken back.
Scope agreed in writing
Every engagement runs on a Statement of Work that fixes scope, milestones and what "done" means — so there's a document to point at instead of two different memories of a call.
You pay against delivered work
Milestone-based invoicing with a small upfront deposit, or monthly billing on retainers. You're never paying far ahead of work you can see running.
