The challenge
Cracking MBB and top-firm interviews takes dozens of realistic case reps, but human coaching costs hundreds of dollars per hour and mock partners are hard to schedule. CasePrep needed a complete self-serve product — a landing page that sells the promise, accounts, tiered packages, an AI video-interview flow, and payments that work for candidates in both the US and India.
Our approach
We built the platform end-to-end: a Laravel backend with Firebase authentication (email + Google one-tap), a conversion-first landing with four-tier packaging (Fundamentals / Intermediate / Advanced / Fitment) priced per interaction, video-testimonial social proof backed by a 30+ institution logo wall, and dual payment rails — PayPal for international candidates and PhonePe for India — so nobody drops at checkout.
