AI vehicle inspection
200+ checkpoints in around 30 minutes, producing a 0–100 health score, per-component ratings for engine, brakes, battery and tyres, and predictive alerts ranked by urgency — delivered as a shareable PDF.
The mechanic comes to you — booked, tracked and paid from one app.

Servicing a car in the UAE means surrendering it to a garage for a day, agreeing a price you can't verify, and taking someone's word for what was actually done. AutoMind's bet was to invert all three: send the certified technician to the customer, and make an AI inspection the product rather than a line item. That doesn't work as one app — it needs three surfaces shipping in lockstep. A customer app that books, tracks and pays. A bilingual web platform for a market that reads Arabic and English equally. And an operations dashboard, because a fleet of mobile mechanics is a dispatch problem before it's a software one. On top of that, the inspection had to end in something a sceptical customer trusts — a score and a report they can forward, not a verbal verdict.
We designed and built the whole ecosystem, and we still run it. One Laravel API on PHP 8.3 is the single source of truth for all three clients, so a booking means the same thing whoever touches it. The iOS app handles one-tap booking and emergency requests, live technician tracking through every stage, before/after photo documentation, a multi-vehicle garage with service history, saved locations, promo codes and in-app payment. The Next.js website carries the whole story in English and Arabic with full RTL — the service catalogue, the AI inspection and pre-purchase landing pages, offers, blog and accounts — installable as a PWA, with an AI assistant that answers services, prices and fault codes and books the job without leaving the chat. And the React + Vite operations dashboard is the workshop's control room: dispatch the mobile mechanic fleet, move service requests through their stages, and turn AI inspections into shareable PDF reports, with Firebase push keeping the field and the office in sync.

200+ checkpoints in around 30 minutes, producing a 0–100 health score, per-component ratings for engine, brakes, battery and tyres, and predictive alerts ranked by urgency — delivered as a shareable PDF.
Book in one tap or fire an emergency request, then follow the technician live through every stage, with before/after photos of the work when it's done.
The control room: dispatch the mobile mechanic fleet, move service requests through their stages, and issue AI inspection reports — built in React + Vite with Redux and MUI.
The full marketing and booking site in English and Arabic with complete RTL — not a translation layer bolted on — and installable as a PWA.
250+ checkpoints, VIN and history verification, and one honest verdict for used-car buyers — buy, negotiate or walk away — with a market-value delta attached.
An assistant on the site that answers services, prices and fault codes in plain language, and can take the booking without handing the visitor off.
Every car the customer owns with its own service history, plus saved locations, promo codes, stored payment methods and post-service ratings.
A single PHP 8.3 API behind the app, the website and the dashboard, with Firebase push notifications keeping all three in sync.
Before a single screen, we settled the shape: one Laravel API that the app, the website and the dashboard all speak to — so a booking means the same thing whoever touches it, and a feature ships once, not three times.
The iOS app and the bilingual site: one-tap booking, emergency requests, live technician tracking, the multi-vehicle garage and in-app payment — designed Arabic-first with full RTL so the UAE market gets its own language, not a translation.
The operations dashboard: dispatch the mobile mechanic fleet, run service requests through their stages, and turn AI inspections into PDF reports the customer can forward. Firebase push keeps the field and the office on the same page.
We never handed it over. AutoMind has been ours since day one — the App Store release, every feature since, and whatever goes out next.
AutoMind runs as one product across three surfaces: a customer books a certified technician from the app or the site in a tap, watches them arrive live, and walks away with an AI inspection report and a health score they can forward to anyone — while the workshop dispatches the fleet and issues those reports from a single dashboard. Every screen, every endpoint and every release is ours, from day one to the version live today.
