Overview
The challenge
Laundromats in Riyadh still take orders over phone calls and WhatsApp — no live pricing, no tracking, no operational visibility. Laundry Heroes wanted to compete on pure convenience, which meant a full digital product line at once: a bilingual consumer app on both stores, a control room for daily operations, and a brand site — all speaking the same playful hero identity.
Our approach
We shipped the whole ecosystem. A Flutter app (one codebase, iOS + Android, full Arabic RTL) with a one-tap order flow — pick the service, time and location, and track every step live. A React 19 ops dashboard with a drag-and-drop order board, driver tracking on Google Maps, pricing control, ApexCharts analytics and PDF invoicing. And a bilingual Next.js site that carries the pink-and-cyan hero brand to the web.

Discovery & service mapping
We mapped the full laundry journey — order, pickup, wash, delivery — for customers AND staff, defining three products that share one backend and one brand.

Hero brand & app design
A playful superhero identity in pink and cyan, designed Arabic-first with full RTL flows, that stands out in a category of boring utility apps.

Triple build
The Flutter app with the one-tap order flow and live tracking, the React ops dashboard with maps, analytics and invoicing, and the bilingual Next.js site — built in parallel on Firebase.

Store launch & operations
Published to the App Store and Google Play, onboarded the ops team onto the dashboard, and tuned the flows from real Riyadh orders.
