The challenge

Real estate investors burn most of their week chasing leads, dialing cold lists, and drowning in admin instead of closing deals. DealDial needed a marketing platform that sells a complex three-part service — AI leads, cold calling, and virtual assistants — in a way that feels trustworthy, results-driven, and easy to act on.

Our approach

We built a fast, conversion-focused Next.js 16 marketing site that turns hard numbers into the story: 92% lead accuracy, 78% appointment rate, 20+ hours saved per week. Clear tiered packaging (Starter / Apex / Shark), a process section that de-risks the offer, and Calendly-integrated strategy-call CTAs on every page. Built bilingual-ready with a clean teal brand system and SSR for SEO.
