Overview
The challenge

Lice treatment is stigmatised, frustrating for parents, and often relies on harsh over-the-counter shampoos that don't fully work. Zero Lice needed a bilingual web presence that reflects their clinical credibility while reassuring stressed parents that the service is judgment-free, gentle, and guaranteed.

Our approach

We engineered a fully bilingual Next.js 15 platform with RTL Arabic support, a dynamic pricing system tied to a custom backend API, and a content-managed blog. The design balances medical professionalism (teal trust colors, clean grid) with warm family-friendly micro-copy. Every page is SSR-rendered for SEO and instant load on mobile — the primary device for parents booking from school.

How we shipped it

01

Research & empathy mapping

We interviewed parents and the clinical team to understand a stigmatised buying moment — the copy, colors and flows were all designed to lower anxiety first, sell second.

02

Bilingual-first design

Arabic wasn't a translation pass — both layouts were designed together: RTL-mirrored grids, Cairo + Poppins typography, and medical-grade teal to signal clinical trust.

03

Build & API integration

Next.js 15 with next-intl routing, a real-time pricing engine on the custom REST API, a headless-CMS blog, and a WhatsApp-first booking flow optimised for the 24-hour emergency case.

04

Launch & measurement

GTM + GA4 wired across every CTA, structured data for local SEO, and Core Web Vitals tuned for mid-range phones — the device most parents actually book from.
